Event description: 
Hosted annually at Yale University, the Graduate Conference in Religion and Ecology (GCRE) is a unique academic venue for graduate students and working professionals to share research on the intersections of environmental ethics and moral worldviews. This year’s theme partners with the Yale Environmental Humanities 2018-19 initiative to explore energy–oil, coal, wind, solar–with human culture.

Keynote speakers include Dr. Erin Lothes, Associate Professor of Theology and researcher in Energy Ethics, and Ms. Kehkashan Basu, Founder and President of the Green Hope Foundation and 2016 Winner of the International Children’s Peace Prize.
