Please join us for the Fall 2024 Environmental Humanities Graduate Symposium on the afternoon of Thursday, November 14th, from 3:30 - 5:00 pm at HQ 134 (320 York Street). The Symposium will provide a forum for researchers across the university to share and discuss work related to the environmental humanities, and include a small reception.

- Jacquelyn M. Davila (History): “Maguey, Moccasins, and Mescaleros: The Indian Depredations Act of 1891 in the New Mexican Borderlands”
- Botao Zhao (Yale School of the Environment): “Dual Non-local Subsistence: Salt-Grain Trade, Environmental Complementarity, and Cash Economy in the Sino-Tibetan Borderland”
